We will send a service technician to you, no matter where you are in the U.S. We offer annual contracts, flat-rate contracts, time & materials support, and warranty management programs that are customized to your needs.
For quick replacement of equipment, POSDATA’s Advance Exchange service is essential, providing an efficient means of managing products needing repair while minimizing the high cost of device and employee downtime. With one call or click, we send your replacement out immediately. Upon receipt, simply place the defective unit in the same packaging for return and repair. The unit is repaired before placing it in your asset pool. It is pre-configured and tested, ready for the next time you need it.
Proper disposal of equipment is just as important as their initial deployment. Our e-waste disposal service is thorough, simple to use, secure and meets all regulatory requirements. Upon completion, you are provided with a Certificate of Disposal Compliance per EPA regulations.
Our team works closely with you to develop an inventory list, by model and serial number, of devices to be disposed of. We then leverage our disposal partners to find the best method of disposal for your needs.

Our Warranty Management Service gives our users a single point of contact—One Call to One Source. POSDATA provides a centralized collection and storage site for receiving and managing your equipment. During the OEM/supplier warranty period our service will manage the repair and return of equipment. Activities include receipt into asset inventory, inspection, kitting and storage.
