President & CEO
Jeff Creighton serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of POSDATA Group, providing leadership and strategic direction for all functional areas of the company.
Creighton joined the company in April, 2014, first serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Operations, before becoming President and CEO in April, 2015.
Prior to joining POSDATA, Creighton served as Vice President of Operations & Sales for Computer Supports Services (CSSI) in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. CSSI is a full-service technology firm specializing in AIDC equipment, software, and services. In addition his domestic responsibilities, Creighton started and managed CSSI Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. based in Bangalore India, a provider of software and services in the Indian finance and pharmaceutical markets.
Earlier in his career, Creighton founded ACS, Inc. in Lewistown, Pennsylvania and served as President & CEO until the successful sale of the company. ACS served the IBM mid-range computer market (S/36, S/38, AS/400), specializing in manufacturing and distribution ERP systems, shop-floor data collection, shop-floor automation, and related hardware. In the 1990s, ACS was a dominant ISP in central Pennsylvania.
Creighton is an alumnus of Lafayette College and Pennsylvania State University, and is active in the community, serving on local industrial development corporation boards, the United Way board and various church leadership and other volunteer positions.
Executive Vice President
Bill McCubbins is currently Executive Vice President of POSDATA Group, Inc., and served for 10 years previously as President & CEO of the company.
His previous experience includes executive sales, marketing and business development roles with Eltron International, Inc. and RJS, Inc., OEM manufacturers of bar code printers and media, and Signode Corporation.
McCubbins earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Senior Vice President, Marketing & Technical Services
Mike Kapp has responsibilty for POSDATA’s payments and AIDC marketing and technical services and has more than 25 years of technology product marketing and product management experience.
Kapp joined the company in 1996 and has served in marketing, management and operations executive capacities. Before joining POSDATA, Kapp held several executive positions within NCR’s Retail Systems Division.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and has a MBA from Ohio University.
Vice President, Operations
George Westrup manages POSDATA’s Louisville, Kentucky depot and logistics facility and has more than 30 years of experience with large repair depots.
Before joining POSDATA in 2001, Westrup retired from the U.S Navy where he provided training on the operations of weapons repair depots. His background includes technical operations management positions at UPS Logistics and big-box retailers Circuit City and CompUSA.
