Depot Service

POSDATA's Depot Service is the most cost-effective and efficient way to keep your equipment up and running. We offer several different program options depending on your turn-around time requirements and budget. With three strategically located facilities, equipment repair is never far away and shipping options are flexible. POSDATA services units post-warranty, as well as providing warranty administration for units still under the manufacturer’s warranty. From straight depot service through hybrid depot/on-site programs, we can provide a program that fits your business needs.

Advance Exchange

One call to our service center sends a replacement out immediately. Upon receipt, you simply place the defective unit in the same shipping container for return and repair. We repair the item and place it in your inventory pool; ready for the next time you need it.
