POSDATA Announces New Service Programs
February 6, 2001

POSDATA, Inc. announced today the release of new depot service programs for Zebra Technologies Corporation's printers. The programs include the X-Treme Care Program specifically designed for Zebra XiIII-Series customers.

According to Michael Kapp, Vice President of Marketing, "Our customers consistently place high value on productivity. When their XiIII printer is down or in for repairs, they feel the loss in productivity. We have designed the XiIII X-Treme Care Program for quick turns through our depot service facilities, including a one-day printhead replacement turnaround."

Also included in the new extended warranty programs are toll-free technical support, an installation and operation CD for the specific Zebra printer and a preventive maintenance kit.

Gary Kornbluh, Director of Technical Services, explains, "Our customers helped us create these programs. By combining customer feedback with technical support call records, we designed programs that provide very rapid repair turn around for Zebra printers in mission critical applications. We also responded to our customers' requests for user tools that would decrease downtime and help them become more self-sufficient."
