POSDATA, Inc., a value-added integrator of automatic identification and point of sale equipment, announced today the acquisition of Systems Technical Sales Corporation (STS), a Bellevue, Washington company.

"The acquisition of STS strengthens our wireless solutions capabilities," POSDATA CEO William McCubbins said. "We are particularly excited about their vertical market applications, including construction site labor tracking, remote order entry for retail/wholesale distribution and inventory processing for the wood treatment industry." The combination of STS's systems integration and applications capabilities with POSDATA's existing solutions and service business will position the company to offer customers a greater range of solutions to meet their needs.
