POSDATA Opens New Louisville, Kentucky Service FacilityFebruary 4, 2003POSDATA, Inc., a leading independent multi-vendor service provider in the retail point-of-sale, financial and OEM marketplace, announced today the opening of their new service facility in Louisville, Kentucky. "This new facility enables POSDATA to provide a greater degree of service to our current and prospective customers," POSDATA CEO William McCubbins said. "In addition, the larger facility will give us better logistical flow during the repair process." "The new 50,000 square foot facility places us in the center of the distribution universe," Vice President of Operations Gerry Knight said. "Combined with our facility in Washington state, we can reach just about anywhere in the United States within one to three days using ground shipments." POSDATA is moving from a 12,500 square foot facility in Louisville to a 50,000 square foot facility, which should include significant room for growth. Founded in 1973, in Gig Harbor, Washington, POSDATA is an independent multi-vendor service provider on a wide-range of equipment. Service offerings include depot repair/refurbishment, advanced logistics, emergency exchanges, asset management, warranty management, staging & deployment, rollouts, and key injection.
