William McCubbins
 Mr. McCubbins is the president of POSDATA, A
Business Unit of Control Solutions, Inc. McCubbins is also a partner in Control Solutions Enterprises, Inc., the parent company to Control Solutions, Inc. Prior to the 2007 acquisition of POSDATA by Control Solutions, Inc., McCubbins was a partner in POSDATA, Inc. and served for 10 years as its President/CEO. During that time, McCubbins presided over POSDATA’s acquisitions of Systems Technical Sales Corporation, a wireless systems integrator, and I-O Solutions, an AIDC systems integrator. Prior to joining POSDATA, McCubbins served in executive capacities at Eltron International, Inc. and RJS, Inc., OEM manufacturers of bar code printers and printer media, and Signode Corporation, a manufacturer of packaging systems. McCubbins earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Mike Kapp
Senior Vice President – Marketing and Support Services
 Mr. Kapp has 20 years of high technology product marketing and product management experience. Kapp was vice president and general manager of POSDATA’s Auto ID/mobility systems business and now serves as senior vice president of marketing and technology operations for both of Control Solutions' divisions, Compsee and POSDATA. Before joining POSDATA, Kapp held several executive positions within NCR’s Retail Systems Division, including director for POS terminal marketing, director of electronic payment products business unit, and director of product management for retail peripherals. Kapp holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Ohio University
Richard Bloom
Senior Director, Retail Payments Sales and Service
 Mr. Bloom manages POSDATA’s payment terminal sales and service operations. Before joining POSDATA, he served as North American Operations Manger for Datatrol, Scott Systems and Remanco Systems. Bloom also has seven years of experience in the multilane service and support organization at VeriFone and two years as President of Rollouts Inc., prior to which he studied business management at Geneseo State College and Niagara University. Bloom has over 35 years experience in the payments and service industry and currently serves on the RSPA PCI Committee, the RSPA PCI Technical Taskforce and the RSPA Vendor Working Committee.
George Westrup
Director, Louisville Facility
 Mr. Westrup manages POSDATA's Louisville, Kentucky depot and logistics facility. A big believer in customer service and quality, Westrup leads the team to strive for total customer service and process improvements. Westrup has more than 30 years of experienced with large repair depots. He has worked in the electronic repair business at every level, for a diverse range of organizations in both logistics and electronic repair. Before joining POSDATA in 2001, Westrup retired from the U.S Navy where he provided training on the operations of weapons repair depots. His background includes Technical Operations Management positions at UPS Logistics and large box retailers Circuit City and CompUSA.
